WPBF Trustees meeting 23 September 2024
The AGM took place on 14th March at The George and Dragon ph, High Street, Much Wenlock
Business included:
1. Approve Reports and Accounts to June 30th 2013
2. Reappoint Auditors.
3. Appoint or Reappoint Trustees.
4. Consideration of any Members Resolutions. (To be forwarded to the Foundation by e-mail at least 10 days prior to the meeting).
5. Position and future plans for the Foundation
6.Any other business.
Please note that all members have the right to appoint a proxy under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19, if they wish to do so.
The next AGM will be in March 2025, details to follow.
